SHARLENE
Sharlene has been working in the medical industry for over 30 years and holds a Diploma in HR Management. Sharlene manages the running of the practice and is available to assist with any query you have. She always endeavours to ensure patients have a positive and well-informed experience when attending the practice.
MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION
Carmen
Carmen has over 20 years of experience in administration within the health sector having worked in the areas of pharmacy, dentistry, cosmetic injectables, podiatry, gynaecology, ophthalmology and vascular surgery. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Public Health) and a Graduate Certificate in Sexual Health and has a particular passion for women’s health. She works hard to ensure all patients have an optimal care journey with a friendly and reassuring presence.

Georgia
Georgia holds a Certificate III in business administration and strives to ensure patients feel comfortable and reassured when visiting the practice. She loves her job, especially being involved with helping couples achieve their goal of becoming parents.

KELLY
Kelly joined the team in January 2017, she is an experienced pathology collector with a knowledgeable background. She specialises in difficult collections and prides herself on making a patients treatment as comfortable and calm as possible with her skilled and caring nature.
REGIONAL CLINIC MANAGER & CLINICAL FERTILITY NURSE SPECIALIST
LEITA
Letia is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with QFG Toowoomba. She has been working in the fertility industry since 1988 and is passionate about her role as part of the team that ensures couples feel well prepared and supported during their fertility journey. She was selected as the Regional Clinic Manager encompassing Toowoomba, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns QFG Clinics in 2020. Fulfilling this role allows her to share her passion and knowledge with staff across the state and ultimately patients in regional centres.
CLINICAL FERTILITY NURSE CO-ORDINATOR
SUSAN
Susan is registered nurse and midwife who began working for QFG Toowoomba in 2008. Prior to becoming a fertility nurse Susan worked throughout Australia in Maternity Services. Susan’s aim is to ensure patients embark on their fertility journey fully prepared and well informed.
CLINICAL FERTILITY NURSE CO-ORDINATOR
JULIE
Julie has been working at QFG Toowoomba since 2007. She is a registered nurse, midwife and a Child Health Nurse. She enjoys working with clients to assist them as they progress through their fertility journey and growing their family.
IVF SCIENTIST
jane
Jane has been working as an embryologist with QFG since 2008 after achieving 1st class postgraduate honours in Applied Science at the University of Queensland. Jane is committed to upholding a high level of technical skills in order to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction.
